We are excited to welcome you back to our practice for all appointment types beginning June 15, 2020. We have adapted our scheduling process and extended our hours to minimize patient overlap and maximize patient safety. Please see below for important information about our new process, including a video that demonstrates some of these safety measures. Please email or call us at (514) 613-3004 to book your appointment.

Extended Hours & Increased Privacy

Consultations and treatments are available for all surgical and nonsurgical services. We are offering fewer appointments each day to eliminate patient overlap and allow ample time to sanitize every surface after each patient visit.

Additional Steps to Safeguard Your Health

In addition to our normal, rigorous safety standards, we have expanded our precautions to include:

  • A meticulous sanitizing of all surfaces in consultation rooms after each patient visit
  • Additional hand sanitizing available in every room
  • No appointments for patients showing any COVID-related symptoms, or patients who have traveled outside of Canada or been in contact with a COVID-positive patient in the 14 days preceding their appointment.
  • Masks for all staff
  • Any staff member showing any COVID-related symptoms is asked to stay home.

Prior to your visit

The usual form that patients filled out in person at the time of their consultation will now be sent by email to be filled out and returned to us in advance of the appointment.

The day of your consultation

Our staff will ask you to call from the parking lot when you arrive. You will be asked to go through a brief COVID questionnaire with our receptionist prior to entering the clinic. We ask that patients wait in their car until our reception calls to signal that we are ready for you.

Once you arrive at our clinic, we ask that you ring our bell. A staff member will meet you and take your temperature using a touchless thermometer. You will then be provided with hand sanitizer, and escorted to the consultation room, which will be sanitized before you enter.

If you are having a consultation, our patient care coordinator will be wearing a mask and will maintain a distance of 6 feet. Dr. Samaha will  also be wearing a mask and keep a distance of 6 feet until he needs to examine you.

If you are having a non-surgical treatment such as Botox or skin fillers, our nurse-injector or Dr. Samaha will proceed, while wearing a mask, to examine you and discuss your needs before administering your treatments.

Once your visit with us is finished, you will be escorted to exit the office. Hand sanitizer will be available to you on your way out.

Making the Best of the New Normal

We’re working hard to ensure that the new precautions don’t detract from your experience and to help you feel secure and confident as you visit our office. Should you have any questions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to share them with our team.
