(the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as appropriate) recognizes the need to protect the privacy of the personal information you provide to us with respect to your access and use of the Company’s website (www.montrealfacialsurgery.com) (the “Website”).
Therefore, we have adopted this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which sets forth, among other things, the type of information that will be collected, the purpose and use of the collected information, and your rights with regard to the collected information. By accessing the Website, you are consenting to the collection and the use of your information by us, but only to the extent and subject to the terms described herein. It should be noted that no security procedure is currently 100% effective. You may have additional rights under applicable privacy legislation, including the right to be forgotten under certain circumstances and the right to file a complaint with regards to your privacy rights either with us, by sending an email to info@montrealfacialsurgery.com, or to the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Your Personal Information will not be retained beyond the purposes for which it was collected. We respect the retention period established by this Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable privacy laws.
9. Sharing Information.
We will not sell, rent or disclose to outside parties the information we collect, save and except that we may share the collected information with other parties as follows:
a. Service Providers: We have agreements with various service providers to facilitate the functioning of the Website with whom we may share the information we have collected, including your Personal Information. All administrative service providers that we use are required to have the same level of privacy protection as we have, and therefore we expect that your information will be handled with the same level of care that we employ. c. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies and/or consultants to perform certain business-related functions. 12. International Transfer.
Your information will not be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Quebec.
13. Persons Under 18.
The Website is not marketed toward persons under the age of 18. If we discover that it has inadvertently collected Personal Information about individuals under the age 18, we may promptly delete such information.
